When will Global ONE 2021 be held?

The virtual experience will take place Nov. 8-9, 2021. The global schedule will be a rolling agenda, which will go live in your region during your business day.

What is the format and content for Global ONE 2021, and how will it differ from the normal ONE event?

We are hosting Global ONE 2021 as a virtual experience. This immersive experience will deliver inspiring content, including keynotes and workshops designed with your region and country in mind. In addition, on-demand content will be available for view as your schedule allows.

What is the cost for Global ONE 2021 and how do I register?

Global ONE 2021 is a free experience for all attendees! Registration will open in mid-September. More details will be shared as soon as they are available.

Who can attend?

This year's event will be global, with attendees from the 4 regions we represent: APAC, LATAM, NA and EMEA (+META). Invitation lists will be generated by each country within those regions, based on their criteria to attend.

Are there any special requirements I need in order to view and participate in all the sessions being offered for Global ONE 2021?

All you need is a computer and an internet connection. No downloads of software will be required. After you register, you will receive email communication with your registration confirmation and details on next steps. As the experience dates approach, you will receive an email with instructions so you may access the virtual platform to view recorded sessions, navigate to live sessions, network with other attendees and much more.

What opportunities will I have to network now that the event is virtual?

All the live sessions will include a chat feature and you will have the ability to submit questions, comments and feedback for the presenter or to other session attendees. There will be additional opportunities for social networking, including 1:1 meeting requests, topical discussion rooms and virtual happy hours.

Who should I contact if I have a question about the Global ONE 2021 Experience or my registration?

Each region will have its own email box you can reach out to with any questions regarding the experience or your registration. Representatives from each global region will address your questions. You will also have the ability to cancel or amend your registration yourself via a link in your confirmation email.
