When will Global ONE 2020 be held?

The virtual experience will take place Nov. 4-5, 2020. The global schedule will be a rolling agenda, which will go live in your region during your business day.

What is the format and content for Global ONE 2020, and how will it differ from the normal ONE event?

We are hosting Global ONE 2020 as a virtual experience. This immersive experience will deliver inspiring content, including keynotes and workshops designed with your region and country in mind. In addition, on-demand content will be available for view as your schedule allows.

What is the cost for Global ONE 2020 and how do I register?

Global ONE 2020 is a free experience for all attendees! Registration will open Sept. 15, 2020. More details will be shared as soon as they are available.

Why were this year’s in-person ONE events canceled?

Like others, we have been closely monitoring the situation involving the COVID-19 global pandemic, including guidance from the Centers for Disease Control, World Health Organization and other health authorities. The safety and well-being of our partners and associates is our top priority, and as a precautionary measure, we have decided to continue as a virtual experience and cancel the physical ONE events that were to be held in many regions around the globe.

Who can attend?

This year's event will be global, with attendees from the 4 regions we represent: APAC, LATAM, NA and EMEA (+META). Invitation lists will be generated by each country within those regions, based on their criteria to attend.

Are there any special requirements I need in order to view and participate in all the sessions being offered for Global ONE 2020?

All you need is a computer and an internet connection! No downloads of software will be required. After you register, you will receive email communication with your registration confirmation and details on next steps. As the experience dates approach, you will receive an email with instructions so you may access the virtual platform to view recorded sessions, navigate to live sessions, visit our working solution, network with other attendees and much more!

What opportunities will I have to network now that the event is virtual?

All the live sessions will include a chat feature and you will have the ability to submit questions, comments and feedback for the presenter or to other session attendees. There will be additional opportunities for social networking, including 1:1 meeting requests, topical chatrooms, immersive solutions experiences and virtual happy hours.
